What to expect
Your first visit will take approximately 45 -60 minutes. After completing some preliminary paperwork you will sit down with Dr.Eisenberg for a thorough discussion of your current health concerns, past health history and what goals YOU want to achieve from your care at our office.
Following your face-to-face consult with Dr. Eisenberg, you will be escorted to our examination room where your current physical condition will be assessed. This will include a computerized examination of your nervous system, range of motion evaluation, posture evaluation, and a hands-on examination by Dr. Eisenberg to find the areas of your spine which are causing your pain and disability. Following that, most patients will have their spne x-rayed to determine underlying causes for your previously undetected nerve damage and to assist the doctor in developing the most effective and efficient way to correct the cause of your pain.
Before any treatment is initiated, Dr. Eisenberg will sit down with you and expalin what is causing your problem and outline how and why the care he is proposing will be of benefit. You will be able to ask any questions you might have about your health and your treatment program at Dominion Chiropractic Clinic. Only after you and the doctor have arrived at an agreement about how you will be treated and how your goals are to measured, will your care commence.
In addition to in-office care you will be instructed in home care, home excersizes and how slight modifications in the activities of daily living will bring about more rapid and long lasting improvement. You will be invited to attend special health workshops at the office and encouraged to share what you are learning with your family and friends.Our hope is that you will be so satisfied and excited about your experience at Dominion Chiropractic Clinic that you will refer others to our office to achieve better health and vitality.
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you.
